Paint Creek Pediatrics and Adolescent Care, P.C. participates with many insurance companies. Each employer has its own set of benefits, deductibles, co-pays, and maximums. Do not assume that your insurance company will pay any service rendered in our office. It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan so that you are aware of your financial responsibilities. Our billing service is Advanced Medical Claims and they will make every effort to process an insurance claim. We are not responsible for disputes between you and your insurance company.

Please help to facilitate the billing process:

Always bring your insurance card with you to the office.

After the birth of a child, call your employer and inform them so that your child will be placed on your insurance policy. This does not occur automatically.

Advise us of any special restrictions with regards to laboratory benefits. Some insurance companies will not allow us to do labs in the office.

Always retain you receipts and explanation of benefits that your insurance company provides.

If a claim is rejected, call your insurance company first. Most questions regarding non-payment of a claim can be answered by them. It is not our responsibility to mediate a dispute between you and your insurance carrier.

Bring your co-pay to the office. We accept cash, checks, and Visa/MasterCard. Co-pays cannot be billed and failure to pay at the time of service will result in a $5 service charge.
